Our offer

For serving leaders

The essential and distinctive feature of participating in a leadership development program is the continuous connection that binds the serving leader to the community they support.

See our model:

General definition
“Leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.” (Peter G. Northouse)

Faith-based definition
“Leadership is a dynamic process in which a man or woman with God-given capacity influences a specific group of God's people toward His purposes for the group.” (Robert J. Clinton)

Bible-based definition
“You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different.

Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.” (Jesus Christ, in Matthew 20:25-27)

Projects 2025

HIM Research is pleased to unveil two projects. The first initiative, scheduled for 2025, is an Annual Leadership Conference. Later, this will be succeeded by a comprehensive Executive Leadership Program.

Leadership Conference 2025

We are planning a leadership conference in Europe designed to help our leaders access the rich resources provided by the leadership programs at Andrews University. The conference will cater to lay leaders, ASI members, business executives, and individuals interested in deepening their spiritual foundation for their personal calling, career, business, or volunteer ministry.

Executive Leadership Program

In association with the School of Leadership at Andrews University, we envision a robust leadership program specifically designed for lay leaders in Europe. This program will empower lay leaders overseeing organizations, ministries, or community-based initiatives by imparting vital knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to key models of leadership.
