Our offer
For serving leaders
The essential and distinctive feature of participating in a leadership development program is the continuous connection that binds the serving leader to the community they support.
See our model:

Entrepreneurial or pastoral?
Many books on leadership prioritize topics such as productivity, goal achievement, vision formulation, strategic planning, performance metrics, and career progression.
However, we maintain that a vital aspect of leadership, in business or ministry, is the guidance and support exemplified through servant and spiritual leadership.
That's our mission.

Learn leadership principles
Participate in learning activities that will enhance your understanding of a large spectrum of leadership principles. Our curriculum follows the model taught at the School of Leadership (Andrews University).

Follow experts in leadership
Our programs are led by specialists in the field of leadership. HIM Research facilitators come from diverse cultural backgrounds, representing academia, business and charity, mission & ministry.

Lead better in your business and ministry
Boost your leadership potential in your specialty by merging theoretical insights, hands-on practice and intentional reflection. Your new leadership style will make a significant difference in your community.
General definition
“Leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.” (Peter G. Northouse)
Faith-based definition
“Leadership is a dynamic process in which a man or woman with God-given capacity influences a specific group of God's people toward His purposes for the group.” (Robert J. Clinton)
Bible-based definition
“You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different.
Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.” (Jesus Christ, in Matthew 20:25-27)
Projects 2025
HIM Research is pleased to unveil two projects. The first initiative, scheduled for 2025, is an Annual Leadership Conference. Later, this will be succeeded by a comprehensive Executive Leadership Program.

Leadership Conference 2025
We are planning a leadership conference in Europe designed to help our leaders access the rich resources provided by the leadership programs at Andrews University. The conference will cater to lay leaders, ASI members, business executives, and individuals interested in deepening their spiritual foundation for their personal calling, career, business, or volunteer ministry.

What experiences and insights will our Leadership Conference offer?
Engagement: exchange knowledge and experiences in insightful learning sessions, training workshops, thoughtful discussions, and reflective exercises.
Testimonials: listen to first-hand accounts and enlightening testimonies shared by professionals and experts in leadership.
Development: Understand the leadership models that are relevant and apply to your challenging environments, and enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Spiritual focus: cultivate spiritual leadership by aligning with God's agenda, while steering away from the allure of messianic roles and embracing the demanding responsibilities of servant leadership.

Executive Leadership Program
In association with the School of Leadership at Andrews University, we envision a robust leadership program specifically designed for lay leaders in Europe. This program will empower lay leaders overseeing organizations, ministries, or community-based initiatives by imparting vital knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to key models of leadership.

What will our Executive Leadership Program offer?
A deeper and refined understanding of leadership frameworks, focusing on specific areas of development designed to meet your needs and challenges.
Collaboration with a network of aligned leaders and gaining insights from distinguished educators in the field of leadership.
Certification from School of Leadership at Andrews University recognizing your long-term commitment to leadership development.
Stackable layers (certificate, CEUs), and academic options (credits) that can be applied towards advanced studies such as a Master's degree, Doctorate in Leadership, or a PhD.
